Sean Broyles
Co-Owner of Tech-ResQ Training Specialists, Inc. and has 27 years experience in the Fire/Rescue service. He is currently a Captain/Paramedic and a Technical Rescue Team Leader with the Kingsport Fire Department, responsible for command functions, curriculum development, and instruction for the Team. Sean serves as Trench and Structural Collapse Team leader, and Rescue Specialist for the Kingsport Lifesaving Crew. He is a Lifetime member of East Sullivan County Volunteer Fire Department, and has served as a Firefighter, Lieutenant, Captain and Training Officer. Sean is a Founding member of the East Tennessee Search and Rescue Task Force/Tennessee Task Force-5. He is a State certified Firefighter III, Fire Officer II, Safety Officer, and Fire Service Instructor. He has attended several Command and Control courses as well as Fire Service Course Design and Special Operations Program Management at the National Fire Academy. Sean serves as a Technical review and curriculum development consultant for the Technical Rescuer series of text books by Delmar, Cenage Learning. Sean has been published in national trade journals and also serves as a Senior Instructor for Rescue Training Consultants. Sean has been instructing Fire and Rescue courses throughout the United States since 1990. He is also the inventor of the SKEDCO Emergency Escape Window Anchor for firefighters. Sean has been deployed on several rescue missions, including a 9 day response to the World Trade Centers Collapse.
